Very helpful overview of current tort law. I am an attorney for the past 30 years. I have an important case in federal court with a well established large law firm opposing. That firm has raised some legal defenses in tort that have been developed over the past 10 years. To respond, I first had to brush up on the genesis of these new defenses.
